By accessing or using our website, applications, or services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Community Guidelines & User Content
bolder.fit has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. When you post, comment, share media, or interact with other users on the Service, you agree to the following:
— You will not post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. — You will not harass, abuse, impersonate, stalk, dox, or threaten other users. — You will not post spam, scams, or misleading commercial solicitations. — You will not post anyone's personal or medical information without their consent.
We provide tools to keep your experience safe:
— Report. You can flag any post or comment that violates these guidelines. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. — Block. You can block any user at any time. Blocking removes their content from your feed instantly and prevents future interactions in both directions.
When content is reported, we may hide or remove it from the Service immediately while we review. We will suspend or permanently terminate the account of any user who violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We are not obligated to host any user-submitted content and may remove or hide any content at any time.
By using the social features of the Service, you agree to these guidelines and to our enforcement actions.
Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
— Use the Service for illegal purposes. — Interfere with or disrupt the Service's functionality. — Access or attempt to access accounts other than your own. — Distribute harmful or malicious content through the Service. — Use AI features to generate content that violates applicable law or our acceptable use guidelines (e.g., medically dangerous training prescriptions, protected health information of third parties without consent).
Payments
All payments for services are processed securely through trusted third-party providers, including Paymob, Fawaterak, and Stripe. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Refunds, cancellations, and dispute resolution are governed by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to bolder.fit. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written permission. Programs, plans, and other content you create using the Service remain yours; by uploading or generating content via AI features, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and (subject to our Privacy Policy) use such content to operate and improve the Service.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or other reasons at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time from your settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. AI-generated training plans, meal plans, and other AI outputs are tools to assist coaches and clients — they do not constitute medical, nutritional, or professional advice and should be reviewed by a qualified human before being applied.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bolder.fit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance placed on AI-generated content.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Egypt.
