Your data is retained as long as you are an active user. Upon account deactivation or data deletion requests, your information will be permanently erased unless retention is required for legal or regulatory purposes.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. Your data may be shared with:
— Service providers and payment processors, including Paymob, Fawaterak, and Stripe, strictly for the purpose of operating the Service (account management, payment processing, transactional email, hosting, and analytics). — Third-party AI model providers used to power our AI features. See "AI Features and Data Usage" below for details and PII handling. — Legal and regulatory authorities if required by law, court order, or to prevent illegal activity.

As a user, you have the right to:

Cross-Border Data Transfers
Data may be processed and stored outside of Egypt to provide our Services (for example, on cloud infrastructure operated by providers in Europe or the United States). When transferring data internationally, we take steps consistent with applicable data protection laws and contractual safeguards with our providers.
Links to Other Sites
Our Services may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
AI Features and Data Usage
When you use Bolder's AI features — including but not limited to AI-generated training plans, meal plans, check-in drafting, prompt-based queries, and any agentic tool use — the full content of your prompts, responses, tool invocations, and resulting outputs may be retained and used by us to train, evaluate, and improve our AI models and product. By using any AI feature, you consent to this use.
Before any AI conversation is used for training or shared with third-party model providers, we make commercially reasonable efforts to remove personally identifiable information (PII), including client names, coach names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other free-text identifiers we can detect. We do not guarantee perfect removal in every edge case, but PII removal is a default step in our pipeline.
You can opt out of having your AI usage retained for training at any time from your account settings or by emailing us at hello@bolder.fit. Opting out applies to future AI usage; data already aggregated into training datasets is anonymized and cannot be selectively removed after the fact.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
