bolder.fitinside Claude and ChatGPT
Add bolder.fit as a connector, sign in with your coach account and approve access. Then ask about your clients, plans and check-ins from the assistant you already use.
https://mcp.bolder.fit/mcpCopies this whole guide as plain text. Paste it into ChatGPT or Claude and ask it to walk you through connecting bolder.fit.
Connect in four steps

Start asking
In a chat, open the tools menu, make sure bolder.fit is on and ask away. It also works in Claude Desktop and the mobile apps.
On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner adds the connector first in the organization's connector settings, then each member connects their own account.
Menu names can change slightly between versions of ChatGPT and Claude.
What you can ask
The assistant works with your real bolder.fit data, only for your own clients.
Your clients
Profiles, check-ins, weight, meal and workout logs, and subscriptions.
Workout and nutrition plans
Read any plan, and build or edit plans when you've allowed it.
Exercise and food libraries
Search exercises and foods, and add your own foods.
Nutrition math
BMR, TDEE, macros and daily nutrition targets.
Try asking
Who missed their check-in this week?
Summarize Sarah's workout logs from the last two weeks.
Build a 4-day upper/lower plan for Alex and save it as a draft.
Swap the rice in Omar's lunch for a lower-carb option that keeps the protein.
Troubleshooting
- “Only coach accounts can connect bolder.fit to other apps.”
- Sign in with your coach account. Client accounts can't connect.
- “Admin accounts cannot connect to apps.”
- Sign in with your coach account instead of an admin account.
- Google sign-in doesn't work
- Google sign-in only works for an account you already created with Google. Otherwise use your email or username and password.
- The assistant says it's missing a permission
- Disconnect bolder.fit in the assistant, connect again and allow the permission it needs.
Privacy and disconnecting
You approve every permission
When you connect, bolder.fit shows exactly which permissions the assistant is asking for. Approve them with Allow, or click Deny and nothing is connected. You'll see this screen every time you connect.
- See your clients, their profiles, check-ins and logs.
- Edit your clients' profile details.
- Read nutrition plans.
- Create and edit nutrition plans and foods.
- Read workout plans.
- Edit workouts.
- Search the exercise and food libraries.
Never reachable: billing, passwords, other coaches' data and admin tools.
bolder.fit can't verify the name an assistant gives itself. Only click Allow if you started the connection yourself.
Where your data goes
What the assistant reads from bolder.fit, like client names and logs, is sent to that AI provider and handled under its terms. bolder.fit keeps a record of the connection and never logs your access tokens.
How to disconnect
Remove the bolder.fit connector in ChatGPT or Claude, or email hello@bolder.fit and we'll remove it. A connection you haven't used for 30 days ends on its own, and deleting your account removes every connection.
