How Coach Rokaia cut client onboarding from 2 hours to under a minute
A conversation with Coach Rokaia, founder of her own online coaching practice in Alexandria.
Rokaia Mohamed
Online Fitness & Rehabilitation Coach

Challenge
Before bolder.fit, Rokaia ran her entire practice across four disconnected tools: WhatsApp for communication, PDFs for plans, Google Sheets and Excel for everything else. Nothing talked to anything else, so every client existed in four places at once and had to be updated in all of them.
Onboarding one new client took two hours of assembling files, copying data, and sending instructions. Six hours a week disappeared into administrative work that had nothing to do with coaching. And when she was asked what the worst part of the week was, the answer was short:
“Disorganisation, and never having enough time.”
The ceiling was real, not theoretical. She had turned clients away and paused marketing because the system behind her couldn't carry more people.
Solution
Rokaia found bolder.fit through an ad, and tried it expecting to be disappointed.
“I was worried the platform wouldn't be good enough and I'd have wasted my time.”
What she found instead was a platform that held plans, check-ins, nutrition and payments in one place, and a team that stayed close during the switch.
“I found it through an ad. I tried it and it was easy, and the team actually followed up. They genuinely cared about how I was finding it as a coach.”
The transition was short.
“It didn't take long, honestly. And now there's real trust.”

Nutrition, faster
Rokaia's heaviest use of the AI Coach is on the nutrition side, the part of plan-building that used to eat the most time per client and was the least reusable across clients.
Most of her plan structure is now reusable. She builds once and adapts, rather than starting from a blank sheet each time.
What clients actually say
“They're happy with the app and the website. It saves time. You set a time, and you get things done. It's organised. It simplifies everything, it's not complicated.”
More importantly, the change hasn't stayed on her side of the screen.
“The results are much better, honestly. bolder.fit made things so much easier for me.”
And retention, the thing every coach quietly worries about:
“bolder.fit gives the client everything they need to keep going. That matters.”
At least one client has joined her specifically because of how the client experience looks.
How Rokaia coaches
Rokaia's method hasn't changed with the platform, it's just easier to deliver now.
- 1
Full assessment before anything starts.
The real goal, medical history, daily activity, and eating habits. A measured starting point, so results can actually be compared against something.
- 2
A plan built for one person.
Nutrition that fits the client's life without deprivation, and training matched to their current level, designed so they can continue, not start and stop.
- 3
Continuous follow-up.
Weekly tracking of weight, measurements, and performance. Any plateau or problem, the plan changes immediately.
- 4
Teaching, not instructions.
Clients understand why each step exists, so results survive the end of the subscription.
- 5
Commitment from both sides.
She owns the plan, the follow-up, and the adjustments. The client owns the execution.
- 6
Success isn't luck.
Consistency, not perfection.
Would she tell another coach to switch?
“Tell them to genuinely try bolder.fit. It'll make things so much easier for them.”
Asked what she'd say to herself a year ago:
“I hope you've helped a lot of people find the best version of themselves, so they came out stronger, healthier, and reached what they were aiming for.”
The biggest difference is organisation.
